1. Lavishly apply Lashtopia Mascara to upper lashes.
2. Remove cap on detail brush & place it on the end for extended handle. Ben detail brush tip & pull it through the mascara wand. For best results do not dip detail brush tip into mascara tube.
3. Apply mascara to lower lashes & inner & outer corners of eyes using detail brush tip. Clean detail brush tip with makeup remover & close cap when finished to store & protect tip.
